Had a fantastic Christmas stay with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the common area, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to cook our own meals after a long time of traveling. The surroundings were peaceful and ideal for walking.

Christmas at this hotel was a disappointment. The room was dirty and had a strange smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was barely functional. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. They also provided tea and coffee throughout our stay, which was a nice touch. However, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It was quite far from the city center, making it difficult to find transportation and explore the area. I would not recommend staying at this hotel during your Christmas vacation.
